“ True, the attempt to break through culture-binding may mean only that we transform old myths like Black Is Bad/White Is Good (or the Heart of Darkness myth) into new asininities like Giant Ants Are Bad/People Are Good. At least the latter can be subscribed to by all human races and sexes. (Giant ants might feel differently.)
